Oct 17 Sunday
Three version of a sonnet 'The Young Captain'
Visited Karl in bed.
Maisie came with Mrs May & brought, from herself, a Chinese hat
for me, Canadian moccasins
&[RG] an Indian ring for Laura;
from Julie a quilted blue jacket for Laura & a length of silk for me
– for Laura.
Hit target 3 times with same arrow. Not much constructive talk with Maisie, Alan or Beryl (who hates her job)
because too many people about.
A lovely day.
