Laura stayed in bed for lunch & in the evening I got a chill or something after a walk home from Cranleigh with Alix, & was sick & had no supper, & stayed in bed, & read of early pilgrimages to the Holy places1.
Karl was up in London looking for flats for us. Saw one not really[RG] possible one in Park Crescent2.
