Met Sam at Charing Cross1 & found Catherine at flat when I came back. Took them Christmas shopping in neighbourhood. Sam gave me red leather note case, & Catherine a key ring. Sam gave Laura Red Geranium scent – Catherine a small steel box with a blue agate top.
Karl took them to Ward to be photographed, then Laura took them for more shopping, then I saw them off to Wiltshire, in same carriage with Biddy Lloyd.
No more appetite for cigarettes.
