Finally decided that Jenny must go down to Sutton Veny; and persuaded her. Car fire seen from kitchen window. Sally came, was lovely.
Jenny did not keep 11 oclock appointment so Laura & I went to Curzon House: thence to

saw W.N. & Margaret Steen. Then Nancy & I fetched Jenny from Dorchester to Betty Colquohoun's flat in the George St Mews.
