Liddell Hart for Protocol and for Laura proof[RG] and proof corrections and[RG] goodbye.
Interview with Macintyre1 of Little Brown at Savoy Hotel2 (Laura & ×××× [indecipherable] myself). All seems settled: points about printing expenses & methods outstanding. His wife provided dry martinis and a sentence about a red haired schoolmistress who denied the existence of synonyms.
Catherine & Norman goodbye – Norman with a £100 rise. – Catherine gave us a Russian enamel salt cellar 1877.
