On return fitted clasps to the ivory tusk & amber necklace & bracelets, to the Bristol
beads, to a brown & silver lustre necklace I strung.
Alix & Harry to Bow street with Laura & back to tea. David Reeves came: he thinks of getting a job with Kit Nicholson.
Alan's letter turned down by Nowell Smith2 in absence of Sir Bruce as too controversial (¿anything to do with Auden getting the King's Medal?)
