No food all day. Purges. A shave.
Read Ward's story, Carlow's well printed Honour1, the Rasp a bad detective story2, listened in, wrote 8 lines of a poem starting:
'Heart with what fearfulness you ached.' in three versions3.
Laura came to see if I was comfortable.
